Update By Case in Time pickoption to use the Distribution Chooser

Currently when choosing Values By Case option in Process/Inter-Arrival Time property and a Statistical Distribuiton is selected, the list of the distribution is shown with a suggestion of the parameters for each distribution

It could be nice to have the option to use the Distribution Chooser for this option. In unexperienced users is easy to get a error of syntax since they have to change manually the parameters and for people who doesn't know the parameters of a distribution could be clear when one is used.

I have a plan to update the pin buttons, so that all pin buttons will pin Chart Template objects. That will be a big update. I will consider your case as I set up the new system.
