It would be nice to have an Operator animation where the operator is standing and moving his hands/fingers in front of him as if he's assembling/manipulating something.
For inspiration on how to move imagine he his doing a Rubik's Cube. It might be generic enough to represent an assembly line worker.
It could be called Working or WorkingHands.
The closest I found is EnterCode but it's not what I have in mind.
