Default Breathe after Wait for Event

Since the usefulness of a delay 0 is now acknowledged by the new Breathe activity, and given that you almost always want to do a Breathe after a Wait for Event, I propose to add a checkbox "Breathe before releasing token" to the Wait For Event properties and switch it on by default.
