We work around it now by adding a Delay and putting a breakpoint on that, but adding and removing that activity (while keeping any connectors in the right order) is a bit more work than just putting a breakpoint 'on' the activity you are interested in. This has been on our development list since Process Flow version 1.0. It's a difficult problem which is why it hasn't been added it. With the improvements to the flexscript compiler and a completely revamped debugger for FlexSim 2017 it should now be possible to implement this. So you can expect this feature in one of the 2017 releases.
