background dwg underlay issue after installing AdskInterop

I downloaded 26.0.1 to use it in conjunction with Inventor (FDU).

However, an error occurred while attempting to use the backgrounds button to overlay an AutoCAD file, as shown below.

When I select a path to load an AutoCAD dwg file, the program freezes immediately and then terminates.

It worked as intended before I downloaded AdskInterop 26.0.1.

Even after deleting AdskInterop 26.0.1 and downloading AdskInterop 26.0.0, the program terminates in the same way.

Suspecting that the complexity of the dwg file might be the issue, I tried loading a very simple layout (just a rectangle) as a test, but the program still terminates in the same manner.

Below are the versions of the programs currently in use:

Intentor 2026

FDU 2026

AutoCAD Mechanical 2026

Navisworks 2026

How can I use the underlay feature?

I am having this problem with a new .dwg file. (It has worked fine on other .dwg files in the past).

Did you get any info on how to resolve the issue?
