Using two operators to pick up any free item and place on next station

I'm trying to set up a simulation using a source, a queue, 3 processors, and a sink. I have 2 operators and I want to set it up so that either one of my two operators will pick up any free item and place it on the next station.

I suggest you add a dispatcher object into your model.
