Where might I find documentation on finding and using the new Variable Shared Asset?

In 18.1, in the user manual you'll find documentation on the Variable shared asset on the page at Reference > Process Flow Activities and Shared Assets > Shared Assets > Variable.

You can find the activity itself in the Shared Assets section of the library in between the Resource and Zone.

No wonder... I am on 18.0.3 ...I thought I had updated but am not prompted for the beta. I will go online and download the 18.1. Thanks!

You can also right click the Variable in the process flow view and click on Help to take you directly to that page.

Do you mean the PROCESS FLOW VARIABLES? Can you post a screen shot?
