Toggle noselect not working

When I create a truck flowitem and toggle the noselect flag to 1, the object is still selectable in the model.

This looks like a bug to me. I'll add a case to the dev list.

I think the truck flowitem has many component in it which make it can not be noselect.

The same happens in robot or crane.
