I want to create dashboard for user interaction where timetable working hours can be changed.

Is there anyway to do it?

Do you need the full user inferface of the date-based view or something simpler? For example you can link to the timetable table using a simple table widget:

You just need to refer to the Timetables>variables/table node in the link.

But this is very basic - and potentially could cause problems if a user messes something up. You might be better to write to the table in the background based on some other simplified input.
