Statics collector not appearing in toolbox

Hi,

When I pin statistics to dashboard the statistic collector does not appear in my toolbox.

I am using a free trial version of Flexsim since I am totally new with this software, could this have something to do with the problem?

Hello @Petri W,

Not all statistics collectors from template charts will automatically show in the toolbox. To see the statistics collector, select the chart in the dashboard, go to properties, scroll to the last tab called Advanced, and select the Install button. A pop up will appear and select ok.

As default, the statistics collector is not shown when using the pre-defined statistics chart. As Jeanette writes you can choose to "install" the statistics collector. It will then be shown in the tool box.
