Source Problem

I have a problem, I am working in a hospital counter simulation, I put one source to generate the patients that are arriving and other source to generate patients that are leaving. I put the exact time in seconds for both sources to generate people, but for the exit source the time I have set does not run out and I don't know why because the other source works perfectly. Can someone help me please?
