Reading Spatial Information from .dwg Files

Hello,

My work with FlexSim frequently requires me to draw out paths for vehicles that match what my colleagues come up with using Vehicle Tracking. I have been tracing over the .dwg up until now and I am interested in automating the process. Is there a way in FlexSim to read spatial data from a drawing set as a model background? Thank you.

You can read data from a .dwg file with the Interop module installed. I suggest you take a look at the example models in the linked post. They explain the possibilties quite well.
