Problem about ExpertFit

[ FlexSim 22.2.2 ]

I use Flextime on MacBook. Installed Flexsim on Pararellel Desktop. Everything is ok but ExpertFit cannot run up. It shown "An Unsupported .... ". I try to reinstall already but get the same problem. How to fix it ?
