I have not done relevant modeling exercises before. What I want to know is that my current idea is that I want to use plc to control the agv in flexsim to move to a specified position. How do I need to accomplish this?

I haven't connected it yet. I want to break it down into several steps first?? But it's my first time building and I want to know what I need to know to accomplish what I want to do

Hey @mark zhen, have you looked at the Emulation Tutorial in the documentation? That is a good starting place for learning how to setup and use PLC logic.

I have tried to connect it in series, but it didn't work. My current idea is that I assign tasks based on the status of my PLC. If the read Register = 0, the destination tag will be given.

If Register = 1 he will go to another one, but overall it is very unsuccessful. How should I proceed?1744700881151.pngplc.fsm1744700896486.png

What I want to ask is that I think I have completed the communication, but I don't understand why it keeps reading the coil instead of the register! In addition, there should be no big problem with my pf setting?? Except for the big problem of reading the plc signal

I have found a new problem. When I use the emulation tool to create variables, I can request my PLC normally. But when I use the pf tool to create variables and request, I cannot read them smoothly (it will become a coil reading). I would like to ask if there is something wrong with my creation method. plc.fsm

For emulation questions, I recommend contacting Flexcon. They're the current developer and maintainer of the Emulation module.

If you follow the link I posted, it'll take you to their contact page where you can call them or email them (support@flexcon.it). The Community forum (that we're on right now) is purely community driven -- it is not monitored closely by the FlexSim Support team. If you need urgent support, I suggest you go to this forum page (FlexSim Forums, Technical Support, Learning Resources - Autodesk Community) and contact your local support team.
