Managing operators during shift changes

Hello,
I am building a model that works as follows:
I have a processor, a dispatcher with 2 operators, and 2 queues.
Operator 1 works only from 8:00 to 8:30, and Operator 2 works from 8:30 onwards.
An operator picks up an item from a queue and takes it to the processor, which requires the operator to perform the production task. Once production of that item is complete, the operator moves it to the other queue.
When production begins, the dispatcher selects the available operator (Operator 1); however, when 8:30 arrives and Operator 1 finishes their shift, the machine stops because the dispatcher does not assign the task to Operator 2.
How can I ensure that when Operator 1 finishes working, the dispatcher selects the available operator (Operator 2)? Alternatively, if that isn't possible, how should the operators be managed so that the machine continues running?
I have attached the model file.
Thanks in advance.
Best regards.

You can create an A-connection from the operator back to the dispatcher. It will pass the tasks sequence back when it stops so it can be given out to a different operator. Important note: The dispatcher must only pass task sequences out to available operators when you do this or this will create an infinite loop.
