[ FlexSim 22.2.2 ]

Best regards,

I was performing an upgrade and installation for a customer. To do so, the Update 2.0 version was downloaded, and when running the installer and opening FlexSim, this message appears in the main window, and did not allow to run the program.

Thank you for your valuable collaboration.

@Henry Paipa, from which version have you done the upgrade? If it had been a version valid for Windows7, there had been in issue with C++ redistributable. https://answers.flexsim.com/questions/35843/html-control-could-not-be-initialized-windows-erro-1.htm...

Hi, @Joerg Vogel thank you for your contribution. I tell you, the installation was performed on Windows 10 with 64 bits. It was solved by uninstalling previous versions that were installed on the server. However, now a new problem arises with the display of 3D graphics.

The solutions to common graphic compatibility problems were executed and performed, where no solution to the problem was achieved. Ultimately, we are going to perform Microsoft Visual Studio and graphics card driver updates to see what can be fixed. Thak you so much!

Hi @Jeanette F, we did not manage to solve the problem, for this, we are trying to install updates of Microsoft Visio 2015, because apparently it is a visual issue of the 3D components. I appreciate other possible ideas!

Okay, Please keep us updated if that hasn't worked. Here is an up to date article about graphics problems and solutions. Please check that you have tried those.
