Is Flexsim capable of virtual commissioning of a Robotic line

Hi @Sridhar B,

FlexSim is primarily a discrete-event simulation software. I believe that you're looking for a software that will give you the kind of 3D resolution as shown in the Siemens virtual commissioning demo below. This kind of 3D representation of a robotics process is not the primary focus of FlexSim.

FlexSim does, however, provide an excellent environment for testing the effects of adding robotics to any given system. Using input variables such as processing times, operator availability, etc. you can test the throughput, utilization, and other metrics of your operations. The visuals are impressive for this type of simulation software, but they're probably not going to give you the resolution shown in the screenshot above.
