Initial Inventories and multi orders

Dear members of the FlexSim forum,

I am using FlexSim version 23.0 and in the model shown below I would like to initially load my warehouse with pallets that contain 16 units each, according to the settings in Inventories. However, although no error message is displayed, the inventory is not being placed on the racks, and it seems that the multi-order process starts immediately instead.

Additionally, I am using the slot assignment strategy By bay, level, slot ID.

Could someone please help me understand what I am doing wrong or which setting I might be missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to get the slot based on the IDs, assign the pallet to it and then move the pallet into the respective rack.

An invisible window was stuck open in the model, leading to frequent crashes. I would recommend you continue to work with the attached model.
