importing Excel data into Source

I am creating this model and i want to import an excel file into the Source6 but it shows an error message.

It seems there was an error with where the Excel file was located, as well as the Name of the Excel Sheet that had the information. In the image below I have highlighted the changes I made to your Excel import. Make sure that your Workbook and Sheet Name are identical to the actual excel doc.
