How to sort flow items from moving conveyor?

Hi there,

I have tried to build a sorting line model by referring to a model shown in Youtube. However, i have some issue in sorting the flow items from moving conveyors.

From the screenshot, it shows that items can be picked up from the moving conveyor, and no outfeed stations at each exit point. May I know how can I do that?

Appreciate if you could advise.

Hi @Yen, I´m not sure if the attached model shows what you are looking for. But as far as I understand your question there are at least 2 easy ways to make the items go to the different Queues.

The first way (and I built it in your model) is to just connect your first DP to all Exit Transfers and send Items via PickOption.

Another way (without Exit Transfers) could be, to stop items on DP´s and call the operator next through this point via PF.
