[ FlexSim 19.0.0 ]

exercise1.fsmA source has a material arrival schedule at 4, 45, 217, 218, and 258 seconds with 100 items arriving each time. Flow output source can go to Queue1, Queue2, Queue3, Queue4, and Queue5. At second 4, 30 items go to Queue1, and 70 items go to Queue4. At 45 seconds, 50 items go to Queue1, 20 items go to Queue4, and the rest go to Queue5. At the 217th second, 20 items go to Queue1, 30 items go to Queue3, and the rest go to Queue4. And finally, at 258 seconds, 35 items went to Queue1, 20 items went to Queue2, 15 items went to Queue3, 10 items went to Queue4, and the rest went to Queue5. How do I set this up on flexsim version 19?

Hi @Dwi Kumala,

It looks like this question may be part of a homework assignment or academic project. The professors who assign simulation modeling exercises using FlexSim expect that the academic integrity of their assignments will be maintained. In addition, we are supportive of Honor Codes or Pledges that regulate the behavior surrounding academic assignments.

I recommend reading our best practices page on the subject, which includes some resources that you should find helpful as you use FlexSim for academic purposes. I also highly recommend Dr. Allen Greenwood's FlexSim Primer, which was written specifically for students and professors. Another helpful resource is our tutorials, found here.

Hi @Natalie White

Thank you for your recommendation.

but I want to clarify that this is not my academic assignment, but this is an example of simplification that I will implement in my final project. Thank You

Set up labels on the items and route based on those. Do the tutorials or go through your institution's training materials

Hi @Jason Lightfoot

Hi jason, thanks for your answer. Can you help me more on that?

which stream output features can i use? by global table lookup? I've tried using this feature but it still doesn't work. I still confuse how to make the table

You're asking the most basic question - so I think you need to do the tutorials and then solve this yourself (which you will with the knowledge you'll gain)

Thank you. I mean with " I still confuse how to make table" is not how to make global table on flexsim, but i still confuse how to make global table for my chase and running it with by global table look up feature

Your question makes no reference to tables, it's asking how to route items to different queues for which I suggested a label. You can set all of that up on the source arrival schedule - no table needed.

Please do the training.
