Concept is first source for use operator to do process and second source for create item that operator in first source have to load sorry for English language i hope you to understand thank you.

I believe the issue you encounter is at the "synchronize" activityAnnotation 2020-05-12 102912.jpg . This can be solved by removing the label "splitID" on the token, as the synchronize activity by default will synchronize tokens with the same value on its label "splitID". Hope this helps.
