How to create a simulation that accounts for non-processing time

In this simulation, for example, if processing for Product A finishes at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 18th, and no further operations can occur until 8:30 AM on Monday, April 20th, a discrepancy arises. Currently, the simulation starts the setup for Product B at 1:00 PM on the 18th, instead of 8:30 AM on the 20th. Is it possible to implement a gimmick (or logic) to exclude the period from 1:00 PM on the 18th to 8:30 AM on the 20th?

This sounds like a time table assigned to the object in question that will close it’s input during the period of time it should not receive flow items.
