How to change an unloading sequence for AGV trailers in process flow?

Hello! I'm building this item transfer model and currently Im having trouble to get the AGV trailers to unload items in the same order that they are loaded. I've tried to use labels and to pull itens using a queue to get the right order but I had no success. In the attached file, there is a model that has a process flow for an AGV with 6 trolleys. The items are loaded (from the queue) in the totes number 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 in this order. In the unload process, the first tote to be unload is 6, 5 and so on. Im only starting on Flexsim, so if you guys could help me, please.Thanks! Enner

Just two other things, if I may. When I tried to reduce the number of totes from 6 to 3 (to do that, I created only 3 totes, deleted 3 control points for loading and deleted 3 for unloading), the AGV got stuck in the loading phase. How can I change the number of totes without this problem? And the last thing, I'd like to put operators to move the boxes from/to the AGV to/from the queues instead of them just appearing/disappearing. Is that possible?
