How to calculate the time in which AGV is running at maximum speed?

Could you please help me get the number of seconds in which AGV runs at maximum speed?

Here's an example using a process flow that increments the amount of time at full speed on an AGV label. There's probably a few assumptions about the nature of the travel and it uses getsdtvalue so may not be supported in the future.
