Use the Video Recorder. From the Toolbox, hit the add button > Visual > Video Recorder. If you hit the help button on the properties window it will bring you to the Video Recorder Concepts page of the User Manual. The page after that has a couple examples of how to use it. You can also add Flypaths to your model to move the camera around while recording the video.
