Experimenter showing wrong results

Hello,

I am testing buffer sizes of a manufacturing line.

I am running several scenarios in the experimenter, 2 of which showed interesting results so I ran them separately outside of the experimenter which resulted in different results.

I have tested this several times, the model run and the experimenter run both show different output results for the same scenario....why??

Is the model repeatable: Does it give the same results regardless of run speed and whether the 3d view is open or not?

Does the 'live' model use the random number streams of the correct replication you are comparing it to?

The model run speed and view don't affect the results.

There are statistical distribution variables that will result in slight differences but not enough to account for the results I am getting.

just added more reps...seemed to give me more accurate repetitions
