Error in multi-day simulation (Flexsim Healthcare)

[ FlexSim 23.1.0 ]

Hi! We created this simulation in healthcare Flexsim version of a situation in a barbaric surgery clinic, but we encountered a problem. Initially, everything seems to work properly, apart from a few exceptions that we may not worry about, but after a few days, errors do appear, such as ' time: 262818.748620 exception: Error: Resource Tests/Exam nurse has not been acquired at Tests/Process in process flow "Second appointment".' or ' time: 176974.499492 exception: Error: Invalid destination at move object activity "Pick Up Equipment" in process flow "Move Equipment" '.

Can maybe anyone help us?

I suggest you resolve your exceptions, and this may lead to a resolution for your errors as well.

Hello @a.ghidini5,

The excpetions tell you exactly what activity in the process flow is causing an issue. For instance, time: 176400.000000 exception: Error: Resource Tests/Exam nurse has not been acquired at Tests/Escort Patient in process flow "Second appointment". I mentioneing that the Exam Nurse has not been acquired before going to the escort patient activity. If you examine the Acquire Exam Nurse activity you will see that the 2nd connector is for the failed tokens and then if you check the connectors order you will see they are swapped. This is causing the token that has not acquired a nurse to go to the escort patient activity.
