correct picking times

[ FlexSim 19.2.4 ]

Hi there,

This is my model test4.fsm , i have 2 questions,

  1. the model has 6 orders and the operator is responsible for the picking process. Also i have create two global tables: "Report and Report2" these tables depicts the times (start, end times) for the picking procces and created when i run my model. But i can't take the correct picking times. Especially, i had put on my process flow one delay for set up in order to start the pickig procces and the time is: 4.00 (witch you can see in the picture "delay") and if i run my model the picking start time in "Report" is: 12.38 (you can see at picture "report" with red color) and not 4.00 that i had put in order to start. Do you have any ideas to start the picking after delaying 4.00?

2. Also in my global table "Report" (you can see at picture "report" with green color), i have probleam too because the picking end time for the 1st orderline is 35,83 and the picking start time for the next orderline:2st doesn't start from the end of the previous picking time: 35,83 but starts from the 12,38 (that the 1st orderline has start). Do you know something in order to picking start time start from the time that the previous ordeline had ends?

Thak you very much!!

1. The picking start time in "report" is different than 4 because the operator has to do two operations "Travel and Load" in that logic before he starts picking and those operations take time.

When operator speed is changed, picking start time will be lower.

50 max speed

2. In "Zone" you didn't mark max-content so every tokens start at the same time.

You can try use "Splite".

In this way, the operator load the tote and wait to 36 second before starting picking.

I try with split, but it doesn't work you can see in the following model t4.fsmit start in 12,83 and not in 4,00. Do you know why?

Thank you!

Operations Travel and Load take more time than delay (12,83s) . You can try to put the operator closer to the queue.
