Can't download software update and online content anymore

[ FlexSim 17.1.2 ]

1 - Flexsim doesn't tell me that there are updates available. Check for updates is checked. I have 17.1.2. It doesn't tell me there is 2 more versions since mine. It used to work when I had previous versions.

2 - In the software, when I click on Help/Online Content, I see the available downloads of software and models but when I click on them, they don't download or install. All that it does is create a filename with 0kb size. See attached picture.

3 - The only way I can download updates and models is to go my account on the Flexsim website. There it works. But not from within the software.

FlexSim doesn't always give you a big banner alert, but if your start page is able to communicate online, you should see some upgrade icons next to your version:

Hover over that icon to get more info regarding upgrades.

I can confirm that the downloads from within the software are currently not working. We will look into the cause. For now the software can be downloaded from your FlexSim Account, accessed via a regular web browser.

That icon wasn't there either. But as you and I said, I did do the upgrade by downloading from my account on a browser. So no rush but it is a curious issue.
