CAD background changes sizes when zooming

Hi,

I am trying to work with a layout CAD file but when I tried to place a floor storage element with real dimensions I have noticed that if I zoom in/out or move my view, the dimensions change.

How can I avoid this? What am I missing? I must place the elements in the exact position of the layout so it's being quite complex to achieve this.

The upper layer or upper lines of yellow color is located higher than white lines. Check the Z coordinate of them.

You should merge all lines to Z = 0.
