Have you looked at the graphics troubleshooting article and our installation/startup issues article?

@Junday, if you have gone through all steps, then you have to tell us what your graphic card, driver version and current Flexsim graphical settings are.

@Junday, current nvidia driver version has been published on 22nd august 2023. Your version is a bit older from your screen shot. And please adjust in your 3D system settings to use explicitly this advanced graphic card for FlexSim.

Have you set FlexSim to use the nvidia card explicitly?

If it was working before some update then roll back the update.

I assume it is a notebook? But it applies to workstations, too:

in @Jason Lightfoot link about graphics troubleshooting there is a chapter about special cases and a paragraph begins within:

Your laptop may have both Intel Integrated graphics and Nvidia/AMD accelerated graphics, and the ability to automatically switch between them depending on the application's 3D requirements. This is a great feature and helps to maximize your battery life.

And any other 3D programm works sufficiently for you?

@Junday,

To be sure that FlexSim is using your Nvidia graphics, check the FlexSim About screen, located from FlexSim's main menu > Help > About FlexSim. Please post back to us a screenshot of your about screen, which will look similar to this:

@Junday,

Based on the video you posted in your question, at time 0:37 it shows the walking operator in the model units window. Since that window can render just fine, we ought to also explore some of the troubleshooting tips that are outside the realm of graphics.

One thing that a reinstall would not have reset is your preferences. We should reset your preferences to make sure you are really starting clean with your fresh install.

Follow the instructions in the startup/installation article, item 5. Delete FlexSim's saved settings:

With FlexSim closed, delete this prefs.t file. Then try starting FlexSim. Are the problems resolved?

Hello, @Ben Wilson ! Thank you very much. I followed your suggestion to delete the saved settings, then reinstalled, and now it's running normally.

and the last question from me. Why did it happen ?

hi @Joerg Vogel & @Jason Lightfoot

I used a computer. Other 3D programs run normally on my computer, and now the issue has been resolved. I tried deleting the saved settings and reinstalling FlexSim.

Thank you for your support, guys!

@Junday,

It's impossible at this point to know for certain what happened, but a good guess is that something in your preferences file was weird or corrupted. When you opened a model it wasn't able to read in your preferred layout so it just didn't open any windows? Who knows.

But a corrupt preferences prefs.t file can mess up things like that, so it seemed like something we should try.

Happy simulating!

@Junday ,

That does look like a graphics glitch.

Try the option View > Open Default Workspace.

Does that solve the issue?
