Flow items represent bags entering the screening station for operator review. Once the review is completed:

  • If the bag's Rescreen label is 1 (Grey), the bag should be diverted to Queue1 by temporarily reversing the conveyor direction toward the mainline. After the bag is transferred, the conveyor should return to its normal operating position.
  • If the bag's Rescreen label is 2 (Yellow), the operator should manually transfer the bag from the station to Queue2 and then proceed to the rescreen conveyor. Once rescreening is completed, the bag should be routed to Queue4.

A sample model is attached for reference.

We are currently experiencing an issue where, after the first two bags successfully enter and exit the station, the third bag becomes stuck at the side-transfer. We would appreciate your support in investigating and resolving this issue.

The ideal functionality is only grey bags goes to Queue1 through the mainline after review and the yellow bags goes to Queue4 after rescreen.

Many Thanks,

The speed of the station conveyor is not reset after a grey item is send back. This could be done inside the Process Flow that makes the station available on the list again.

I would also recommend to set the stations to be triggered when the leading edge of the item reaches them. Otherwise you run the risk of the stations triggering again after the conveyor is reversed.
