AutoCAD Background - Layers are missing

I have a 2D AutoCAD drawing that I'm using for a floorplan. It has about 26 layers, but only 21 layers show up after importing into my model. Are there any settings or layer properties that would cause this?

The ACAD file is attached. I need the layer "A-ANNO-TEXT" to be displayed.

Update: we moved the text to the layer "A-AREA" which IS imported. The lines in this layer show up fine, the text does not!

Is it something to do with the font or the line-size?

I'm having the same issue. I have a engineer design for a green field project with several layers (each discipline works on its on layers). When importing to FlexSim, although the whole drawing loads, showing all lines form all layers, only about 1/5 of the layers are being shown in the ModelBackground menu list, therefore the model is very polluted with all engineers details and annotations which I can disable in   AutoCAD by simple hiding the layer.
