Mark, you post many questions on this forum which often end up being long threads which are hard for support personnel to answer quickly due to the need to review the entire thread. Often these relate to basic topics which are covered in the documentation, tutorials or training - or are covered by posts that easily found using the search tools on this site.
I strongly recommend that you get FlexSim training and direct support from your distributor, particularly when you need answers in a timely fashion (as you seem to desire in this coordination attempt with Felix) or when the support is ongoing and related to a particular project or endeavour and continuity in responses is important.
This is a shared resource where users are encouraged to participate in both asking useful questions about topics that are tricky, require explanation, not clearly covered elsewhere or the reference material cannot be found, and to answer other people's questions when the user knows the answer or can provide helpful suggestions.
The more that people post duplicate questions or let questions grow, the longer it will take supporters to answer them, and the more we will suggest that timely responses should be sought directly from your distributor.
