Subscription model with multiple machines

We used to have a floating license for our Flame. One was used for the on-set Flame when we were shooting in the studio and one for the suite Flame, both running on macOS.

Now we have been side-graded to the named-user subscription model. We've read that if we launch both of them at the same time, even accidentally, we'll get a call from the Autodesk legal department. Is there a way to control the launch so we don't accidentally do this? I mean, we are careful but once in a while this might happen, and no one wants to feel the wrath of a legal department.

What is the proper way to do this?

Thanks

Hello Sinan!

You can safely login with your named user account on your workstations since the usage is tracked by our back-end.  if you go over your allocated usage, a message will be displayed asking you which over used station has to be disconnected from the licensing back-end.  So, you should be good to go on site without any issues.

Easy and fun, as it should be!
