How to contact Autodesk Support (bug reports, improvement request, etc.)?

To contact support or submit a support ticket, bug reports or find a troubleshooting articles (self-help), please login to your Autodesk Accounts or manage.autodesk.com. You would find all the links on the right hand panel of the portal.
- Account basics - Account management, help manage your profile, products, users, and subscription.
- Product tutorials & troubleshooting - Find articles for troubleshooting (self-help), and tutorials.
- Ask AVA - Autodesk Virtual Agent that can help with basic troubleshooting, installation, activation, licensing etc.
- Contact support - Link to submit a support ticket and bug reports. Schedule a Call and Phone support (depending on support entitlement) information can also be found on this link. For more information on how to contact Autodesk Support see this walkthrough video > link.
To submit an Improvement request for Flame Products go to Flame Feedback or https://feedback.autodesk.com/key/flame.
