How to contact Autodesk Support (bug reports, improvement request, etc.)?

To contact support or submit a support ticket, bug reports or find a troubleshooting articles (self-help), please login to your Autodesk Accounts or manage.autodesk.com.  You would find all the links on the right hand panel of the portal.

  1. Account basics  - Account management, help manage your profile, products, users, and subscription.
  2. Product tutorials & troubleshooting  - Find articles for troubleshooting (self-help), and tutorials.
  3. Ask AVA - Autodesk Virtual Agent that can help with basic troubleshooting, installation, activation, licensing etc.
  4. Contact support -  Link to submit a support ticket and bug reports. Schedule a Call and Phone support (depending on support entitlement) information can also be found on this link. For more information on how to contact Autodesk Support see this walkthrough video > link.

To submit an Improvement request for Flame Products go to Flame Feedback or https://feedback.autodesk.com/key/flame.

 

For all the links and documents related to Flame, visit Flame Central.

 

Note: Please do not send a new email to customersupport@autodesk.com. This email alias can only be used with existing support cases.  If you have an existing support case, you can reply to the email we sent you that has your case number in the subject line (“CaseNo:______”). Visit https://area.autodesk.com/flame-central/ for anything related to Flame, including access to Autodesk Support.  As far as improvement request, visit https://feedback.autodesk.com/key/flame
