Hello,

I was happy to see that the first update for the 2020 was out, so I promptly installed it.

Never mind, it crashes right away every time upon starting! Not bad for a bug fix version!

I run on Mojave 10.14.5

Hi Ado,

We apologize for the inconvenience,

Do you get the ability to submit a crash report when the application crashes?  If so, did you submit one?

Regards,

Yann

Hello Yann,

thank you for your reply.

It seems that the problem was that Flame 2020.0.1 found an OFX plugin (rotobot) which didn't like and prevented it from starting properly. With Flame 2020 I didn't have that issue.

Anyway, I removed that plugin and now everything is apparently fine.

Thank you again

regards

Ado

Hi Ado,

Since Kognat now has  a version of rotobot that does not crash flame, it was removed from the ignore list.  Please contact them, if you wish to install it.  Or if you want to continue to use the older version with other ofx hosts, you can put back the rotobot.ofx.bundle in /opt/Autodesk/presets/2020.0.1/status/cf_ofx_ignore_list.cfg until then to have flame behave like in 2020.0.0
