Hi! I am unable to connect my AirPods while Flame software is open. I also was trying to turn my volume up and down while my video in flame was rolling and am not sure how this can be fixed. thanks!
Hello leahallY5NKA
Flame only lists audio devices supporting 48Khz. if you pair your headphones and visit Apple menu / About This Mac / More Info... / System Report / Hardware / Audio you should see your headphones and the Current SampleRate will probably show you a value not matching 48000Hz.
Hi @leahallY5NKA,
Are you able to use your airpods in Flame if they are paired previously with the MacOS?
If not, probably they are not in 48KHz as @slabrie shared.
If they are paired at 48 kHz, you should have them listed in the "Outputs" menu from Audio preferences. (CoreAudio should be selected in setup app first as Audio Devide).
If Flame has been started before the airpods have been paired, then disable and enable again "Audio Monitoring" as highlighted in the image, and probably the airpods would be listed in the updated output list.
It is not 100% validated but it worked for me with airpods Pro in Flame 2024.1.
Let us know if that helped.
Regards
