I'm sorry if this has been asked elsewhere, I'm on my phone and searching the forum isn't easy this way.
I've watched numerous videos from the Flame and Smoke Learning channels as well as other tutorials, but haven't come across something that addresses this, or I'm misunderstanding it.
I'm new to Flame, so I apologize for the ignorance here. My primary tool has been After Effects, but I want to upgrade my life, so I'm upgrading my skills.
I want to recreate the holographic UI that is emitted from a watch as seen in Tim Clancy's "The Division". I input my video source into an Action node, then inside of Action I've rotoscoped various parts of the scene with GMask. It took a minute for me to see how to use one clip an perform several things to it.
Could someone possibly create a list on what steps I need to do to build a UI completely in Flame?
I don't want to model the partial cylinder in an external program and create the animated UI in After Effects to import. I'd much rather create everything inside of Flame, especially since these are all simple elements.
Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
