Forgive me if Im being a dipstick but why cant I seem to drag the Flame Icon into the MAC Doc ?

I have 2019 & 2020 installed and would love both in the doc side by side.

Thanks,

Matt W

Hi Matt,

Can you try the following:

  1. Launch Flame
  2. Right click on the Flame icon that appears in the Dock.
  3. Select 'Options' > 'Keep in Dock.'

This should allow you to position the icon where you would like.

Hi,

That didn't work but it did show me where the actual flame app is kept so hopefully that version of the icon for the dock will stick.

Cheers,

What specific version of Flame are you using?

The icon that is in the Applications/Autodesk folder is just an alias. It won't go to the dock. If you right click on it, you'll get an option to "Show Original" It will take you to the actual app icon, and then you can move it to the dock.
