Backburner problem?

 I hope someone can help me this with. Autodesk Flame 2022.3.2 on Mac Studio.

  1. Yes ive been in the Service Monitor. Restarting each time.
  2. Still doesnt work. Help

Please, create a support case and we will be happy to help you with this issue.

Probably, your current Backburner configuration have not the right manager data.

In any case, you can try to follow the next article steps.

 

Backburner cache jobs are "Waiting" in Flame

 

Cannot import, export, or render media using Backburner in Flame
