Undercut curve

I attached a screenshot to show the a picture of what I need help with.  I have to get a lollipop cutter and cut a undercut on this part.  The undercut going around the part is a different heights.  I do not know how to get Featurecam to do this.  Can anyone help with this.  This is being done on a three axis machine.

I have a curve to show where I need to cut.  You will see a undercut that is flat.  They are letting me use a lollipop cutter to cut the undercut.  I just need to keep the land that is above the undercut.  I can not figure out how to get a lollipop cutter to follow the form.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Anonymous,

You need to use a toolpath feature to get a lollipop to follow the curve, in the example I have created a lollipop in Radius 1.5mm then I have took your curve and copied that the radius of the tool down in Z so you are in the middel of the groove, You need also to offset the curve in XY so the lollipop only touch what you need on the part.
