Sequence Numbers for LBL's

I have added tool breakage check to my tool change post and all the LBL numbers are the same "LBL 1". 

Is there a way to have sequence numbers for the LBL numbers?

0097 ;

0098 FN9: IF +Q199 EQU +0 GOTO LBL 1

0099 M0; TOOL BROKEN

0100 ;

0101 ;

0102 LBL 1
