When doing a pocket using vortex and a predrill this message always comes up.
TSL07W - Pre-drill tool diameter is lareger than the tool selected for z roughing and the pre-drill may gouge.
I have a pocket, choose to predrill with a .266. Roughing with a .250. Get the above error and it will not predrill. This happens no matter what size combination you try. This makes no sense, of course its larger.
This gets frustrating when you can't predrill, and you can't work around it and drill in a separate op because you can't choose a plunge point with any NT/vortex paths, and if you do a spiral in an odd shaped pocket it wants to full slot at first to get an equal path to use.
I added a quick example.
