Post Processor

I'm looking for a post processor for a tsugami B012B-III. I know these post are available I just need to know where to find them.  At the last shop I worked at when we bought partmaker the supplier gave us the post for our machine. Now we can't seam to get any support.  I need them for featurcam and Partmaker if possible.

For post requests, you really need to submit a ticket to support requesting them. They will be able to get the ball rolling on that.

Thanks for the tip, But how do I submit a ticket. There is no clear way to do it under Autodesks support website.

Try starting on the Autodesk Contact Support page. From there, follow the prompts to submit your ticket: Using my product > FeatureCAM > Email.

I don't have access to the Email or Call functions. I am an educator, and i guess my account doesn't give me access to the tech support. I believe I need to generate a PIN to download the Post processor. I'm not sure how to do that if I don't have access to  tech support.
