How do I get a post update request for Partmaker

It is no longer easy to get a update for Partmaker. How do I get a simple email through to request a change needed for Partmaker 2018?

Sing into your account, then go to help top right of the screen.

No that's your forum account, you need to log into you Autodesk/Partmaker customer account

And where do I go for that?

Same place you go to download your software and updates.

We don't download updates. We always have them emailed because of our Firewall settings do to the nature of our business
