featurecam beginners tips please.

hello all, I've been running an acer knee mill with conversational accupro cnc control for a good while now, and I'm being considered to take over for our Haas programmer. we use featurecam, which seems like an easy software package to understand, but Is like to have an edge on any competition for this promotion. Any tips would be highly appreciated.

You can visit https://learn.manufacturing.autodesk.com/ for some free introductory training for FeatureCAM.  It will just be basic instruction, but may be enough to get you going.

If you need more in depth training, I suggest reaching out to your local Autodesk reseller.  If you do not have one or know of one that offers this training, you can visit the Autodesk Services Marketplace and search for one in your region.
