I need help with this software, many simple things i need to do sometimes take hours to figure out like lead in and out, on some tool paths this option doesnt exist, having the post processor stay with each program instead i have to select it everytime i switch programs for different machines. the add in area is greyed out in my program. i need some support. i am losing hours trying to figure out how to do things instead of programming. any ideas?

I dont know how to edit my post but the help i have been given on this board has been helpful. thank you but idoes not solve my issues and i end up waiting hours for a reply and many times they dont work. i am just real frustraited right now as i need to create programs and if i do they wont work.

Hey sorry for the delay with this. Honestly, I recommend that you schedule a call or submit a case with our support team, and jump on a web session to get this stuff hammered out. That's gonna be the best way to handle all your specific issues.

I'll continue to try and monitor this forum to help your individual questions, but sometimes, jumping on a web session with our support guys is just what needs to happen to figure things out.
