Seriously?

"""

32-bit file compatibility: This release supports the loading of legacy 32-bit FeatureCAM part files (.fm, .mf, .tsf, .md). In a future update of FeatureCAM 2019, the ability to load part files saved from a 32-bit version of FeatureCAM will be removed. This does not affect part files saved from FeatureCAM 2016, 2017, or 2018 versions, but may affect files from earlier versions.

Thanks for an update.  Not sure why you  started another thread, so I will keep it on the original.

I don't have subscription, but a perpetual.

Why am I being affected by the subscription problem?

I was able to download and install FC2019 yesterday.  Installed fine- still has a glitchy screen (somewhat flashes black and goes out of focus and hangs a little), but certainly less flickering than 2018

I've tried to download it twice today, still keep getting an "install error 1063?" I think it is.  Any help with this one?  I'm still trudging along with Windows 7 also, which could be the culprit.  Smiley Frustrated

Tried "Install Now", and downloaded it as well, still kept getting the install error.

Thanks guys, I uninstalled all relevant FC2019 files, then attempted to re-install with the same results.  Not sure what's going on at this point.  When I open FC2018 tho, the screen logo from FC2019 comes up tho I believe it is, with the FC2018 title.  Strange.

I've run into issues like this before with Autodesk products. The only way they were able to resolve the issue was to completely uninstall all old versions making sure there were no traces left behind in you registry. Then installing the new version. It was standard practice with earlier versions of Inventor.

That may be what's needed, but I've kept my older versions of FCam and have gone back to them on occasion for different purposes, and still want to keep them.  I still can't understand why others have had no issues using Windows7, and yet I am?  There are a couple more tricks to try from the link that jd posted, and I have already uninstalled the Microsoft Visual C ++ 2010 x86 Redistributable file and tried to install FCam 2019 after to no avail.  There are more suggestions along that line, but I'll feel more comfortable having our IT guy delve into that area.  I'll keep everyone updated when/if I achieve a solution.  Thanks for all the help and replies everyone, much appreciated!

We had problems with our network tool database to where it would see it, but couldnt access it.  Took creating a new database and initializing it a few times to make it work.
